For wallets created directly through {ROTTEN_NET}, while the assets remain your property, their storage and access are handled through custodial systems managed by {ROTTEN_NET}. You acknowledge that these wallets are under the sole custody of {ROTTEN_NET}. We are not responsible for any loss of funds, access, or digital assets resulting from actions outside our control, including security breaches, technical faults, or unauthorized access.
{TOKEN} tokens and other digital assets in the Rotten Legacy ecosystem are designed for utility within our platform. They do not represent financial securities, investment contracts, or any form of equity. Users should not expect profits or returns from holding {TOKEN}.
Certain items within Rotten Legacy may be represented as NFTs on the blockchain. When you purchase or acquire these NFTs, you own the underlying NFT completely. This means:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE LESSER AMOUNT OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN DIRECT FIAT PAYMENTS FOR MERCHANDISE, SERVICES, OR SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
For the avoidance of doubt, any token swaps, trades, exchanges, or conversions of cryptocurrencies or digital assets conducted within the Rotten Legacy platform, whether in fiat or crypto, shall not be considered Transactions for purposes of calculating amounts paid or liability limits under these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
You acknowledge and agree that any token swaps, trades, exchanges, or conversions of cryptocurrencies or digital assets conducted within or through the Rotten Legacy platform are done entirely at your own risk. Rotten Legacy makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, security, or legality of such transactions. We expressly disclaim any liability for losses or damages arising from token swaps or cryptocurrency transactions, whether caused by market volatility, technical issues, or any other factors.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rotten Legacy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. However, any NFTs or Digital Assets that you own on the blockchain will remain your property, though you may no longer be able to use them within the Rotten Legacy ecosystem.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rotten Legacy is incorporated, to be announced upon final registration of Rotten Legacy. All disputes shall be submitted to courts in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
